FGAP - Adapted Companies
This device allows you to bring cash and finance your investments. To benefit from this system, you must have signed a three-year contract with the State. 
To finance your working capital requirement, you can claim a loan without personal guarantee from € 7,500 to € 500,000, from 2.5 to 15 years, with a maximum guarantee equal to 50% of the loan . 
To finance your investments, you can claim a loan without personal guarantee from € 7,500 to € 500,000, from 2.5 years to 15 years, with a maximum guarantee equal to 50% of the loan. 
For the business, there is a 2% cost of the guaranteed amount if the loan is less than or equal to 3 years, otherwise it is 2.5%

Facil'Bail
This device replaces the security deposit, if you are lessor, by a bank guarantee. 
You can benefit from Facil'Bail in addition to a FAG guarantee on a medium-term loan. 
The bank may ask you for an additional guarantee.


Guarantee fund for solidarity - based companies - FGES
This system allows you to provide you with cash and finance your investments. 
The loans you can get range from € 5,000 to € 100,000, for a minimum of 1 year. The guarantee must not exceed 50% of the loan amount and may not exceed 5 years. The proportion financed by the loan must not exceed 70% of the amount of the investment. 
For the business, there is a 2% cost of the guaranteed amount payable upon implementation of the guarantee.


Guarantee Fund for Economic Integration Structures - FGIE
This scheme allows you to provide you with cash and finance your investments. 
You must first sign an agreement with the State. 
To finance your working capital requirement, you can claim a loan with no personal guarantee from € 15,000 to € 120,000, from 2.5 years to 7 years, with a maximum guarantee equal to 50% of the loan . 
To finance your investments, you can claim a loan without personal guarantee from € 7,500 to € 60,000, from 2 years to 12 years, with a maximum guarantee equal to 50% of the loan. 
For the business, there is a 2.5% cost of the guaranteed amount.


France Active Guarantee - FAG
This system allows you to make easier the access to bank credit if you are jobseeker, or in insertion structure, in economic precariousness or if you have created your Solidarity Company. 
The maximum amount of the guarantee is 65% for companies in the process of creation. The duration of this one is 5 years maximum. For the business, there is a 2% cost of the guaranteed amount that is payable in one installment at the time the loan is put in place.


Women's Initiative Guarantee Fund - FGIF
This system makes it easier for you to access bank credit if you are a woman who created a business. 
Secured loans are those with a duration of 2 to 7 years with a minimum of 5,000 €. The maximum guaranteed amount is 70% with an amount of € 45,000. 
For the company, there is a 2.5% cost of the guaranteed amount. Personal guarantees are excluded.

Acquisition of a stake in the capital


CIGALES
This Investors' Club is a solidarity-based venture capital structure mobilizing the savings of its members in the service of the creation and development of small local and collective companies. 
This investment does not exceed the minority blocking of your company.

Like social entrepreneurship, the CIGALES clubs’ investments aim to bring about positive social change using business practices and market principles. They can be considered social investors, since they invest in social enterprises and they expect to get both financial and social returns from the firms they are investing in. FinanCités. 
These investors raise funds for companies based in troubled districts or for people in precarious situations. 
If you wish to benefit from this, you should know that their participation is minority, that the amount of the financing is between 25 000 € and 125 000 €, and that their investment is limited to 5 years. You are not required to provide security deposits (neither to you nor to your company).

 

IDES
This venture capital firm that invests in your company aims to strengthen equity and quasi-equity. This system is put in place for cooperative societies. 
You can benefit from an amount of € 80,000 to € 600,000, or € 1,000,000 depending on the risk incurred, in the form of subscription of equity securities.


Fondelia
This investment company is exclusively dedicated to raising funds for small businesses. 
If you own this type of business, you can get financing ranging from € 10,000 to € 30,000 to invest.


Innov'Ess - SIFA
The INNOV'ESS fund, backed by SIFA, aims to support the development of socially innovative solidarity projects. It is in the range of products offered by France

 

Active
If you are a solidarity-based and innovative company, you can apply to France Active for an equity contribution ranging from € 5,000 to € 500,000 over 3 to 7 years with a rate of 4 to 5% per year. A guaranteed bank loan can be mobilized in addition by France Active. 
To apply for a grant, you must file a file with France Active for which you will be the subject of an analysis by experts. 
The award decision will be made in the Accreditation Committee.

Business Loan Facility


Fund associative priming
You can have this support if you are a small association registering in a social utility approach that creates or sustains jobs through the development of activities. 
In order for this program to be validated, your project must present a global coherence and a marked interest on the part of its future partners. 
A co-financing is not required to claim this assistance however obtaining the loan must enable you to mobilize others. 
In addition, you must as an association commit yourself via a contract of objectives. 
This describes your action plan and what is expected and followed is a prerequisite.
If you get this assistance, a loan of 5,000 € to 10,000 € (without interest) will be granted to you over 12 months (extendable up to 18 months) and renewable once. 
At the end of the contract, a balance sheet is drawn up with France Active, which is the promoter of the project to possibly set up a new aid.

Associative contribution contract
You are eligible for this scheme if you are a public utility association and if you want to strengthen your own funds and create employment. 
Obtaining the loan must enable you to mobilize others. In addition, you must jointly raise additional equity, quasi-equity or bank financing in your financing plan. 
If you get this help, a loan of € 5,000 to € 30,000 (without interest, and with right of repossession) will be granted to you from 2 to 5 years.

FCP IED 
You can have this support if you are a solidarity company, association, cooperative that creates or perpetuates jobs, which inserts through economic activity and which carries a social utility. 
For this program to be validated, your project must present a global coherence and a marked interest for it by its partners. 
The intervention of the Dynamic Insertion Emplois Dynamique should encourage the mobilization of other financing. 
For additional financing, the following may be mobilized: Société d'Investissement France Active, and / or a bank loan that can be guaranteed by France Active Garantie. 
Note that you are eligible only if you have positive equity.
If you get this help, a loan of € 5,000 to € 1,500,000 from 5 to 7 years with an interest of 2% per year will be granted to you. 
You will have to repay this loan at once.

Participatory loan for the creation or development of a SCOP
If you are a SCOP adherent to the SCOP CG system, you can claim this loan by submitting a file to the Regional Union of SCOP (URSCOP). 
You will be given a loan, with no personal guarantee, for a period of 3 to 5 years, repayable quarterly or monthly, over the life of the loan.


Regional solidarity investment fund - FRIS
You can have this support if you are a solidarity company that creates or perpetuates jobs, which inserts through economic activity, and which carries a social usefulness. 
This assistance should enable you to finance your investments and improve your working capital requirements. 
The FRIS is realized by a contribution in participatory loan, or in associate current account. 
It is 5000 € minimum and does not exceed 60 000 €. The loan rate is 2%. 
The financial assistance provided shall be for a maximum period of five years; they may be increased to 7 years in the case of depreciable investment financing over this period.

Dare to undertake, financial aspect
If you create your company and you are from the political districts of the city of Nantes metropolis and you are accompanied by an actor in the creation of a company associated with the device (BGE Atlantique-Vendée, Opening -Boches 44, etc.) upstream and downstream of the project; you can benefit from a 36-month loan from € 3,000 to € 4,000 at zero rate provided you couple it with another bank loan at least equivalent to that amount.

This PHI aims to support you if you are a professional in the cinema, multimedia, audiovisual creation. 

Fluvial Initiative
The Honorary Loan is intended to cover investments related to the creation of a shipping company. 
If it is obtained, the personal loan of honor ranges from 10 000 € to 90 000 € without rates and guarantees and refundable over 5 years. 
The decision-making process is carried out in 3 stages and spans about a month

Vendée Premier Recrutement
Only managed by Vendée Bocage Initiative, this loan of up to € 6,000, repayable over a maximum of 3 years, at zero rate and without conditions of contributions or additional loans, can be granted as part of a business you create in Vendée and only if you hire your first employee.
