Some universities and colleges offer also business incubation programs.

What is a business incubator?
An organization designed to accelerate the growth and success of entrepreneurial companies through an array of business support resources and services that could include physical space, capital, coaching, common services, and networking connections.

Business incubators offer to start-ups and young businesses, offices and manufacturing space at below-market rates, advice in developing business and marketing plans as well as financial help. Companies generally spend an average of two years in a business incubator. During this time, they share telephone, secretarial office and production equipment expenses with other start-ups, in an effort to reduce everyone’s operational costs.
According to the National Business Incubation Association, France has approximately 900 business incubators.

You can find business incubators in Nouvelle Aquitaine, at the University of Bordeaux, at the Institut Polytechnique of Bordeaux, at the Entrepreneuriat Campus Aquitaine, at the ESTIA institute of technology in Biarritz and at the ESCEM in Poitiers, at the Universities of Pau and Pays de l'Adour.
